2025 USSSA MAMMOTH SUMMER BLAST
Thank you for supporting our USSSA MAMMOTH SUMMER BLAST annual slow pitch softball event.

To enter this event you must send a deposit that is non-refundable if the team drops out. The deposit will be applied to your entry fee as a credit.

If you have a team currently registered in USSSA, the entry deposit is $100.

If you need a one time registration for this event, the temporary registration fee is an additional $10. Deposit with temporary team registration is $110.

If you have multiple entries, please fill out a separate form for each team.

Entry fee balance will be collected before your first game at the event.
